Meet The Team

Daniel and Lily have spent 20+ years in high-pressure environments learning what actually works. Now they teach it. They're not like any other wellbeing coaches out there. Their paths; military command, defence health, corporate talent leadership, functional fitness, and holistic practice, converge into a rare, lived authority on resilience and performance. They don’t outsource; they don’t recycle generic advice: they live the principles they teach and bring that authenticity to every course, workshop, and retreat.

Daniel's path to resilience wasn't learned from textbooks. It was forged through lived experience.

Early in his career, he built a million pound business in London before losing everything, including his home. From that low point, he rebuilt himself through personal training and life coaching, learning that true strength comes not from avoiding failure but from rising through it.

With this foundation, Daniel joined the British Army as a Commando Officer and later became a Defence Health & Wellbeing Advisor. He led teams through extreme pressure and developed resilience protocols across thousands of personnel preparing for high-stakes deployments.

Today, Daniel lives what he teaches. A national Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor, UKBJJA certified coach, and men's circle facilitator, he specialises in building resilience, mindset strength, and sustainable habits. He understands the pressure of leading teams and the process of building unshakeable mental strength because he's lived it. His authority comes from experience, not theory.

Daniel's resilience protocols reduced stress-related absence by 60% in a 3,000-person organisation about to deploy overseas.

Lily James

Lily bridges two worlds that rarely meet: high-pressure corporate environments and deep holistic wellbeing.

Her career began in international recruitment and talent acquisition, where she learned firsthand the demands, politics, and stress of corporate life. During this time, she served as a DEI and Wellbeing Ambassador for FTSE-listed global talent firms and coached professional sports teams in yoga, meditation, and performance recovery.

Alongside her corporate work, Lily trained extensively in yoga, pilates, functional fitness and mobility coaching, becoming a holistic health expert specialising in naturopathic healing, low-tox living, women's embodiment, shadow work, and polarity coaching.

This combination makes Lily uniquely qualified to translate ancient wellness practices into tools that work for modern professionals and elite performers. She understands boardroom pressure and breathwork, quarterly targets and energy cycles. She doesn't just advocate for wellbeing. She equips people with practical tools that actually work.

Lily's work with professional sports teams and FTSE-listed organisations has helped hundreds of high-performers sustain peak performance without burnout.
